You could say that Tony’s foray into the world of art and design started in utero. His mother was an accomplished painter and his aunt was a noted interior and textile designer. Tony’s thirty plus years design experience started after receiving his interior design degree from Florida State University in 1979.
Afterward, he specialized in the design of healthcare and fitness facilities and was a designer in a Houston design firm for over ten years before starting his own business and turning his expertise to residential design. With offices in Houston, TX and Highlands, NC, Tony’s projects span the country with installations in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Texas and Canada. His work has been featured in publications such as The Houston Chronicle, Houston City Magazine, Legacy, The Art Guild and The Mountain Laurel.
Tony Raffa is a licensed interior designer, a long-standing member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and a charter member of the International Interior Design Association. Tony is proud to call The Heights his home.
